In these uncertain times we wanted to reach out to customers and let everyone know our plans to service your pools while maintaining a safe social distance with our customers. We are scheduling openings and service.
In our store
Beginning, Tuesday, March 24, we will offer contactless curbside service only at our store in Laurel. Rather than ask you to come into our store, any items you order will be delivered to your car curbside.
We can also offer delivery to your home within 15 miles of the pool store, Any orders over $125 will be delivered at no charge. If, for any reason, you didn't order the product in advance and the product is in stock in the store, one of our employees will be more than happy to retrieve it from the store and ring it up and deliver it to your vehicle while you wait. As always we offer free delivery with any pool opening.
We realize that most of our customers depend on a water test to determine what balancing chemicals each pool needs and we will still be taking water samples at every opening and emailing the results. You can then place your order based on the water sample and any maintenance chemicals you may need. All orders will be charged to the credit card you supply at the time of order.
Since we are a moderately sized retail store orders can be placed by phone or email. Please keep in mind that we will have limited staff to try and limit our employees’ exposure to the virus as well. It may not be possible to answer all of the calls as they come in. Email may be an easier way to track what has been received since there will be several people working from home to enter orders for you. In either case, your message will be returned in the order in which it is received.
UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE OUR HOURS IN THE STORE WILL BE 10 A.M. TO 5 P.M. MONDAY – FRIDAY. THAT WILL BE FOR CURBSIDE PICK UP AND SCHEDULING ONLY. YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO ENTER THE STORE.
WATER TESTS CAN BE DROPPED OFF ANY TIME AND WILL BE RUN AS WE RECEIVE THEM. TEST RESULTS WILL BE EMAILED. YOU CAN EMAIL OR CALL IN YOUR ORDER.
We will do our best to fill orders as fast as possible. When delivering water samples, please mark the bottle with your name, address, phone and email address.
At your home
All Seasons can have a completely contactless visit by simply going into your backyard and performing the necessary work and leaving any supplies in an area you designate. If you have supplies on the interior of your home we ask that you leave them pool side or in a crate outside on the day of your visit. For the safety of all concerned we can put covers, plugs, and other winter items in sheds or garages but will not be entering homes.
WE RESPECTFULLY ASK THAT ALL CUSTOMERS STAY IN THEIR HOMES AT THE TIME OF THEIR SERVICE AND DO NOT HAVE ANY CONTACT WITH OUR TECHNICIANS. IF YOU WISH TO TIP YOUR TECHNICIANS PLEASE HAVE US ADD IT TO THE CREDIT CARD AS WE WILL NOT BE ACCEPTING CHECKS OR PAPER MONEY SINCE IT UNCLEAR HOW LONG THE VIRUS CAN LIVE ON PAPER.
For everyone’s safety, our employees working right now are doing so on a voluntary basis. Additionally, anyone feeling sick is told to stay home. In addition, anyone known to be exposed to a confirmed case of COVID-19 are also going to be told to stay home. All of these conditions will require the employee to remain at home for the 14 day quarantine as required by the CDC.
