Strictly enforced opening policy: American Express, MasterCard, Visa, or Discover credit card numbers will be taken at the time you schedule your pool opening or any other service call. All openings will be charged to credit card, unless payment has been made prior to commencement of work.

What's Included:

1. REMOVAL OF WATER BAGS/WATER AND DEBRIS FROM POOL COVER UP TO 30 MINUTES. (Additional time needed for removal of water billable at $50.00 per ½ hour)
2. REMOVE COVER.
3. LOOP LOC/mesh safety and tarp covers will be blown off, folded and stored in customer supplied storage bag. Deck anchors will be lowered into deck surface.
4. ASSEMBLE FILTER, HEATER, PUMP, CHLORINATOR, POOL SWEEP, etc.
5. CHECK FILTER, PUMP, CLEANER, AND ELECTRONIC CONTROLS FOR PROPER OPERATION. (Any necessary repairs will be billed separately at a rate of $100.00 per hour + parts needed per customer’s prior approval.)
6. ASSEMBLE DECK EQUIPMENT, DIVING BOARD, LADDERS, etc.
7. VACUUM/CLEAN/BRUSH POOL UP TO 30 MINUTES. * In cases where pool water is very green or murky, we will chemically treat the water and brush pool walls. Once the pool clears you can schedule a vacuum/cleaning visit (at additional charge).
8. COMPUTERIZED WATER ANALYSIS. A water sample will be taken to the store for analysis. Balancing chemicals are available or sale at our retail store. Please allow 24 hours for water test results.
9. WRITTEN REPORT of current Pool status. List of repairs needed.
10. SUPER CHLORINATE POOL.
